I have this beer for the first time on tap at a Mad Mex in Pittsburgh last night (5/6/2009). I didn't know any of it's history when I was tasting it. My first thoughts were Imperial Witbier with Vanilla? Incredibly silky, a touch of confectioners sugar, big vanilla, there was a tiny vanilla extract plasticy twang that was barley detectable. A friend on twitter then described it as a wheat triple finished with Brett. Knowing that It still didn't change what I was tasting. Thanks for the interesting brew. Holy Hell!
