We pride ourselves in offering a solid lineup of high quality, very drinkable
beers. We use only the finest ingredients, with no additives or
preservatives. Our goal is to introduce all beer drinkers, micro
or not, to a line of well-produced, locally made beers. We stand
behind all of our products, and encourage anyone to taste-test
our beers against others in the market. |

Our easy drinking wheat beer is light in color and body ... perfect for those
looking for a lighter taste. The combination of wheat and barley give our Apricot
Wheat a different malt character than any of our other ales. The hint of apricot
gives this beer a fruity finish, making it a fun beer to drink.

aroma and a pleasant hop bite. It has a deep golden color, and nicely balances
the bitterness of the hops with the sweetness of the malt. Whether you know
hops or not, our Pale Ale will appeal to all those looking for a refreshing,
well balanced ale.

Nut Brown |

The rich mahogany hue of the Nut Brown is the first thing you will notice.
You'll find subtle hints of both chocolate and coffee. We delicately blend
chocolate and caramel malts with four others to make this flavorful, easy drinking
beer. The malt character will appeal to those looking for a moderately dark
ale, but the smoothness is what will surprise all.

The name CascaZilla is a play on both the name of our local Cascadilla
Gorge and the monster amounts of Cascade hops in this beer. This red ale
gets its distinctive color from a healthy portion of caramel malt, which
also lends some body and sweetness to the beer. The predominant flavor and
aroma of this beer, however, is brought to you by the fresh American hops.
If you haven't done so yet, treat yourself to Ithaca Beer's new monstrously
hoppy Red Ale.

Double IPA |

India Pale Ale (IPA) is a style of beer renowned for it's hop
character.
Some modern brewers have taken this tradition to the next level with the "Double
IPA". What better way to parade the potential of NYS hop farming than with
our new Double IPA.
Hop farming once thrived in New York State. In the early 1900s, 95% of all hops
used in the US were grown here in New York. However, soon the combination of
crop disease & prohibition put an end to local hop growing. There is a new
movement afoot to bring commercial hops back to NY. The Ithaca Beer Co. has
teamed up with Pederson Farms (Seneca Castle, NY) to bring you this exceptional
ale.
