An Ithaca-style interpretation of the classic Belgian Wit bier,
this unfiltered ale has a unique spicy flavor and dry finish, making it light
and refreshing. Pilsen malt and four varieties of wheat create the yellow color,
white foamy head, and signature cloudiness of a wit beer. 5.3% abv.

Rich and roasty, with a pleasant lingering smoked malt flavor.
This brew is black in color, sports a fine light tan head, and weighs in at
a healthy 6.3% alcohol by volume. The distinctive smokey character comes from
the use of special beechwood smoked malt from Bamburg, Germany. The hefty malt
character is nicely balanced with fresh U.S. Northern Brewer hops to round out
this nutritious, tasty, brew!

A strong ale with festive spices, this deep chestnut colored brew carries a hearty 8% abv. During the boil, the wort is infused with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and other secret spices...resulting in a concoction that will warm the toes and invigorate the spirit. Pleasantly spicy when fresh, this ale will become more complex and mellow with age.
