- Mark Buckler
Your magnanimous host. Mark is the result of a deranged experiment to combine an ivy league PhD student with a low-life comedian. Having performed stand up on the east and west coast, his unique blend of silliness and sharp wit will leave you laughing and thinking.
- Tonight's Headliner: Makenzi Berg
Comedian and Producer, Makenzi Berg can be seen in clubs throughout the Capital Region and all over the state of New York. She's the first place winner of the 2018 Utica Brew's Laugh Contest and currently a Producer for Laughs on Lark, in Albany. She also Co-hosts and runs open mics at Savoy Taproom and Comedy Works in Saratoga. Makenzi's humor has been described as charismatic, honest, and at times a bit silly. (Shark onesie strip teases for everyone!) A new comer to the Albany Scene, she has been turning heads for all the right reasons. Funny, Smart, and just entertaining.
- Chris Hasenauer is a Sold out 2018 Rochester Fringe Fest Performer, Two-time 3rd round finalist in Rochester's funniest person contest and has performed in clubs from Helium in Buffalo, NY to Flapper's Comedy Club in Burbank, Ca. He's a father and a full time stand up comedian and writer. Chris lives in Rochester with his 2 Children.
- Shafi Hossain
Born and raised in Bangladesh, Shafi moved to the United States to pursue a degree in Engineering to make his parents proud. After graduating college from Massachusetts, he moved to Saratoga for his day job and stumbled onto Saratoga Comedy Works where he started honing his craft. Based out of Albany, he recently won the 6th Annual Slaughter Standup competition which took place in July of 2018 beating out 63 other comics. He was also a runner-up at the ImprovBoston Standup Throwdown 2018. Shafi performed at 2018 Portland Maine Comedy Festival and can be seen performing at major clubs such as Comix MoheganSun, ImprovBoston, Broadway Comedy Club, and Albany FunnyBone.
- Chris Thompson
Chris is Albany born and Baltimore raised. He got started in comedy because engineering just was working out too well. His comedy style can be described as reluctantly political. Chris opened for Rory Albanese when he toured Rochester Regular has a recurring segment on “Almost Tuesday” called the Chronicles of Nonsense.
- Sara Shipley
Born in Rochester and new to the scene, Sara has opened for Chris Franjola, Hosted for both Todd Youngman and Tammy Pescatelli at Comedy at the Carlson. She also frequently performs with the Rochester Improv team called The Urge Co-Produce The Comedy Grab Bag Show
